From the Standard Examiner: "At Plain City,
Mason Russell and
Tavin Parker scored a pair of goals each to pace the Silver Wolves to the league whitewash.
Alec Stimpson, Corey Craynor, Jordan Preator, Alexander Youvera and
Zach Arrington scored for Fremont (7-4-0).
Luke Weston and
Colton Higley shared the shutout against Clearfield (0-9-0)."
From the sideline: Another good game for the Silver Wolves: good passing, good ball possession, good ball distribution, good defensive efforts. It's true that Clearfield shouldn't pose much of a problem as their season has not been very stellar, but in sports, you never know what is going to happen so you always have to play your "A" game. It is quite impressive when so many different players are able to score. It was also good to see all of those JV players getting Varsity time and perhaps a Varsity letter from this game.
