From the Standard Examiner:  "At Layton, the Silver Wolves enjoyed a strong second half, breaking a 2-2 halftime time with a 73rd-minute goal.

Luke Weston's strong shot ended up at Tavan Parker's feet in the late-going, and he scored for the Silver Wolves.

Layton got on the board first in the back-and-forth opening half on a Adam Evans score.

Scott Chambers answered for Fremont on an assist from Parker.

Evans scored again for the Lancers, but Chambers assisted Jordan Preator's goal to tie it up.

Colton Higley (and Luke Weston) posted a shutout in goal after halftime for Fremont, while Dillon Bishop was strong on defense."
