Fremont felt that it was considered an underdog coming into the game. That feeling can officially be tossed in the trash. Not only did the Silver Wolves dominate the game, a statement of thunderous proportions was made — Fremont is the dark-horse team of this year's 5A playoffs.
"I truly think we are (overlooked), nobody even knows anything about us really," remarked Gines, "We have a good team, and nobody knows, but we kinda like it that way. (I think people know) now. With the win, Fremont earned a date with Region 1 foe Layton in the second round on Friday.
